VCE offers more than just personal, or business coaching. We commit to help our clients achieve total life transformation.
Our goal is to create an environment of trust, synergy and inspiration for our clients to grow and expand in. From making life altering decisions, to planning a Vegan meal for your sister in law, VCE offers creative approaches to life’s every day scenarios.

What is Creative Coaching and Consulting?
We’ve all heard the saying “When life hands you lemons, make lemonade.” At Van Cleve Enterprise, we love lemonade, but we would rather take those lemons and create something unique and extraordinary! We value out of the box thinking, and love out of the box results.
At VCE, we believe in exploring and every option and situation that crosses our paths. While other coaches or professionals may warn against going against the grain, we believe that there is great opportunity in the unpleasant, sticky, unique or even undesirable experiences. We work hard with our clients to produce original ideas and maps to success. Our goal is not only to help those we serve to be great, it is also to exploit the myth that there is a right or wrong way to achieve sustainable success.
Is Creative Coaching and Consulting the same thing as Counseling?
No. VCE’s coaches are trained to facilitate the discovery and exploration process for each client, but we are not licensed mental health professionals. While counseling focuses on the ways one’s past and present affect their day to day lives, Creative coaching and consulting focuses on an individual’s goals, dreams and desires in the present and future and how to attain and sustain them. Your coach will play many roles-advocate, cheer leader, potential bestie- but we are not counselors.
